| What Mr. Radler just pulled off in the Conrad Black trial is pure genius. Radler cuts a deal (for some pen time) with State prosecutors, promises to rat on his partner and pay a small fine, and there you have it. Then, right out of news media rock’n’roll fantasyland Mr.Radler pumps out a fine payment of nearly $100,000,000. From $250,000 to $100,000,000. Radler just made the entire case pointless. Conrad Black can never be fairly convicted in this environment, there has to be a MisTrial. For the courts to be chased away like a frail woman from a barking Doberman by this grand gesture (that they did not apparently see coming, why? because it is a First). |

| With one (or two or three of four strokes of the pen), David Radler went from ghetto player funkadelic to the coolest person on Earth (I’m overdoing it because a researcher told me Radler was a past member of Massad, -Israeli secret police- and I wrote a small ditty suggesting some ill on his part-and well I’m mistaken), {bridge here} because he completely outmaneuvered the entire legal system in the State of Illinois (but wait this case has Britain, Canada, Israel, and now the United States covering it), in a case which could potentially have epic implications that an ever growing Anna Nicole (God rest her) gets more media attention than my boy’s second coming,, may not yet understand in terms of what is a potentially extraordinary event. |

| Conrad Black and his longtime partner David Radler pulled it off. This went beyond even the most courageous gay couple, this one went past brother, it went into heaven. (The one I know is probably more like Conrad’s). |
| Conrad could never receive a fair trial, because the stuff to date has already made this too bizarre, everybody loses in this deal if this thing goes O.J. (except Conrad I completely believe is innocent). |

| The best deal the prosecutors could give Conrad Black (so that everyone could save face), was a Mistrial based on a technicality originating from an odd omission from a plea bargain. As a consequence Conrad will not get the acquittal wants so badly. To be a student of Conrad Black is to understand that he has evolved into this Sean Connery type character (in terms of old school macho), and would want complete vindication. This is important particularly to the Brits, who are easily the most distinctly proud people in the World (maybe Icelanders). |

| Mr.Radler and Mr. Black are obviously too big for Chicago, and maybe that’s okay for Chicago. It’s apparently just a beautiful Town. People I know from there just can’t believe how gorgeous the City has become. The American press should take a good look at Chicago, is has a very important history particularly in our North American political culture, and glistens. |
