| Conrad Black, former press tycoon was just convicted of a couple of counts of mail fraud and obstruction of justice. There is alot of talk about how many years he will spend in jail, I submit he won't do any time whatsoever. |
| The big tax fraud charges and rackateering are toast, now it is simply a matter of breaking down the residual of these erroneous charges. |
| Obstruction of justice charges will be overturned on Appeal. The best known basis for this charge was the 'film footage' of Mr. Black appearing to be taking boxes of something from an office in CANADA. That's correct readers, the prosecutors in Illinois have now begun using activities of Canadians in Canada as a basis for launching criminal proceedings. |
| Besides, didn't Mr. Black's secretary indicate that she was responsible for loading the boxes with their contents? Was she charged? No. |
| Did Canadian authorities lay charges in the case? Did the Americans talk with our Justice department over this? No. |
| There is further reasonable speculation that two other factors less conspicuous than this one will also lead to these charges being dropped on Appeal. The first is that the Judge did not permit the juries request for a transcript. Insiders say that this request was related to matters pertaining to the obstruction charges. A review of the transcript would have cleared the air and confirmed what the jury was already thinking, that is, the charge of obstruction ought to have returned an acquittal verdict. This is further supported by the Judges actions directing the Jury (which was moving to acquittal on this charge), to come up with a decision. Black was apparently looking at total acquittal of all charges, and this was the compromise from the jury pursuant to their perceived understanding of what the Judge wanted. The appearance of value for money spent on the trial. |
| So the news scream guilty rather than innocent, or at least mistrial. The prosecution did not want this as it would have been most dissatisfying to be faced with the option of either retrying Black, which would have gone the same place as the criminal trial, or be compelled to surrender. |
| The convictions against Black were ultimately garbage, but it was a reasonable compromise as it will give the appearance that justice was done, while an Appeal despite how emphatically simple it ought to be, will not exonerate him. |
| But here is the basis for why there was a trial in the first place, and why we are meandering through the rest of another shoddy American 'reality show'. The Jewish media gods want it this way. |

| David Radler, Conrad Black's Jewish partner already has a headstart on Conrad after agreeing to testify against him at his criminal trial. Mr. Radler it would appear is working through his daughter, a person of legal majority, and has already begun his acquisition of newspapers and other media interests. Undoubtedly, he will have some money behind him I am willing to bet. |
| But alas, Conrad Black is Roman Catholic and we know what that means. Yet another sacrifice. |
| If Mr. Black does time, you can bet it will be similar to that which Mr. Radler does. However Mr. Radler took the course of accepted establishment (at least as it is today) and ratted his non jewish partner out to save his own ass. |
| Naturally this affirms some stereotypes of Jewish people as selfish and subsversive to the detriment of all others. |
| In Mr. Black's case if merely affirms that if you fight for principle, for what is right, as opposed to what is wrong, you must pay and you must pay substantially, even if everyone knows that you are right. It's a disgraceful way for the system, (for the world) to work but that is how it is. |
| Mr. Black will be sued and tattoed, but will do little if any time. He will exhaust much of his money, and be a little older and behind his media peers of more kosher publishing enterprise. |

| The present circumstances in the world politic relative to the few players of substance allegedly reporting on it, coupled with the predominant anti terrorist concerns among all democratic nations, will inevitably begin to bring the water to a boil about the United States overwhelmingly tilted foreign policy protection of Jewish interests throughout the world including particularly security interests for Israel. |

| Jewish finance and domination of media and communications helps to support the latters case to some extent. The argument is likely far more reasonable and more sound than the ones recently used to convict Conrad Black, an innocent man, but not an innocent jewish man. |
