| My wife and I would like to donate the sum of $400 to the Port Coquitlam Fire Department to put towards any charity that they deem fit. We would like to thank the Port Coquitlam Fire Department for their support of our family business, New Trend Optical, and all the great work that they have done for the community. At this time a special thank you goes to Mr. John Kenyon for some work he has done for my family. Several attempts to provide compensation for his efforts were refused with, "I don't charge my friends." It is people like this and the efforts of the Port Coquitlam Fire Department that make Port Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities a great place to live. Also enclosed from New Trend Optical is a pair of sunglasses to put towards any other fundraiser or raffle that you are involved in. |
