| Re: My taxation Year 2001 |
| I have sampled payments from this Taxation Year from eight months—based on my original cheques—and from Photostats of cancelled cheques provided by CRA. |
| Based on 8 months in Taxation Year - I earned $18,643.91 based on 58 cheques which could be construed as income. The median income per month is $2,534.45. The total income for the year is $27,965.87. |
| My wife did was not employed from 1993 to 2005 including Taxation Year 2001. |
| In Taxation Year 2001 I had two dependents – my wife - and write-offs. |
| I possessed Ministerial Confirmed write-offs of $43,000.00 against income. |
| The Government of Canada reassessed me for $150,000.00 and my (non working) wife $150,000.00. My wife was reduced to zero after 2 and one half years. Mine has been reduced to 90% of the original amount after five years. |
| Any accounting – by any independent professional would clearly reveal that the reassessments were contrived by Canada Revenue Agency based on the (mistaken) fact that it believed that I had lost cancelled cheques --- which as it turns out I had not. The cancelled cheques provided by CRA to me based on my request confirm unequivocally what I had in my possession (an ace in my boot). Unfortunately, by the time I obtained these cancelled cheques – the Government of Canada had already embarked on its nefarious scheme to defraud my wife and I. |
| It is my position this Audit was undertaken as a consequence of the Government of British Columbia’s neglect to file a Statement of Defence in my May 2001 lawsuit against the Government of British Columbia through the common source of Attorneys General (provincial/federal). |
| My original position that the Government of Canada’s Audit – reassessments – was (and continues to form) part of a fraud against Glen P. Robbins and his wife Ita Robbins is clearly proven. I put the Government to the burden of refuting the accounting representations herein: |
| AND make the following assertions (notice quotes): |
| “Never send a group of rank group of amateurs and criminal immigrants after the son/grandson of Canadian veterans.” |
| “The Government of Canada under the Liberal Party of Canada and its revenue collection organization – known currently as Revenue Canada-- was a criminal organization – capable of incredible corruption and fraud.” |
| “The Government of Canada under the Conservative Party of Canada – is no different than the Liberal Party of Canada – willing to support the efforts of its predecessor – The Liberal Party of Canada – and by its action or inactions supports corruption and fraud.” |
