| Dear Mr. Prime Minister |
| I have received your letter dated January 29, 2010 on February 10, 2010 post marked the 3rd of February 2010. |
| Although I am a believer in the axiom better late than never, the timing of your consideration is seriously testing this belief. |
| My publishing company was 'stolen' by kooks in the previous BC NDP government, and despite promises to do something the BC Liberal government did nothing. |
| This does not surprise me because the leader of that party and premier of the province Gordon Campbell is a vile human being. |
| The ruin of this business and my family enterprise was obtained through a despicable institution, the BC Human Rights Tribunal. Perjury and additional malfeasance on this file was provided by lawyers for law firm Heenan Blaikie -- a place of business for former Prime Ministers Trudeau and Chretien. Indeed, one of the Petitioners on that file Laura Dato completely changed her testimony from the point of initial complaint at the (former) BC Human Rights Commission to the point of the Tribunal. (In her initial complaint she indicated that Mitchell Tannis (the father of the lead complainant Jennifer Tannis who also swore in a BC Supreme Court affidavit that he never witnessed any 'sexual harassment' at any time, contradicting the testimony of the 5 women complainants including his daughter who testified they were sexually harassed every day for one and one half years or nearly 2,500 incidents of sexual harassment). Ms. Dato, a part time worker and grade 12 student (the youngest of the complainants) was also part of my mentoring program at Calvary and along with two other Alpha Secondary students working for me, provided me with a certificate of thanks from that school -- all apparently while I was sexually harassing her. Ms. Dato committed perjury and her lawyer Tonie Beharell supported it (and I suspect encouraged it -- to explain the contradictory affidavit of the father of the lead complainant --.

There is a physical copy of the Incorporation of Calvary Publishing with the 50/50 partner Jennifer Tannis (13 months into alleged sexual harassment---she signs on as my business partner--the BC SG knows it, and the BC AG knows it. {Glen P. Robbins paid Jennifer Tannis $30,000 for her interest --- than she and her friends file the complaint). |
| At the end of the day (decade) I remain branded a pedophile on a government website (an alleged Human Rights website) whose ultimate responsiblity is lawfully derived from our (currently vacated) Charter of Rights and Freedoms (Canada). This means you. |
| I believe mistakes made by BC AG Geoff Plant and a written acknowledgement of these to me in 2004 eventually lead to manufactured problems with Income Taxes (that's the way government bury's people apparently), which your letter only now addresses. Former Revenue Minister O'Connor promised to do something prior to the 2008 federal general election -- but this was an empty promise. Blackburn was useless, as is Nicholson. My own MP James Moore has done nothing. |
| A review of www.robbinssceresearch.com (circa 2003) provides a chronological history of how the Canadian Alliance Party and Progressive Conservative Party were stitched together by my polling firm. As I have indicated to you previously, you sit in the Prime Minister's Chair in large measure because of these efforts---and ultimately the Canadian people. |
| During the last decade I have developed under considerable duress (particularly to my wife and children) an incredible polling firm--and prepared the commercial element ZEUS. There is no polling firm in the World with a record for accuracy such as ROBBINS has produced. |
| There is no-one in your government who could have accomplished what I have under these conditions. Indeed your own former fund-raiser Brian Archer (John Reynolds) who prepared my business plan for Calvary Publishing (1997) said at the time "Glen, no-one could have done what you did with this business". History has proven Calvary like ROBBINS and ZEUS is no fluke. I started the latter polling business in earnest in 1999. My accountant in 1997 was Bill Cobb Managing Partner of Wolrige Mahon, a respected accounting firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Another accounting firm Galloway Botteselle handled my Audit by Revenue Canada, documents which your government's FOI apparently asserts I cannot have, yet Revenue Canada is apparently permitted to use. This is useless, dishonest, shitty government. |
| In conclusion, here is my position. I want my tax problems rectified completely, and proper restitution to my wife who (along with me) was tortured by the thieve, liars and thugs in Revenue Canada. I want financial restitution for the BC Human Rights debacle that has deprived me of my rights and placed me in a 'prison of sorts'. I want this done by March 1, 2010. |
| If on March 2, 2010 these demands have not been met, you can rest assured you will never achieve a majority government, and can count on receiving a number of seats in the House of Commons less than the totals you received in 2006. |
