Commentary
The Port Moody Coquitlam by-election set for this spring (2012) to replace the BC Liberal MLA could prove most interesting considering the outcome of this Glen P. Robbins straw poll.
One half of all respondents would "seriously consider" supporting an Independent candidate.
Most respondents who indicated they would seriously consider an Independent candidate were also interested in who that candidate would be.
At a minimum this straw poll suggests that one half of residents in this riding are seriously considering not voting for the status quo: BC Liberals and BC New Democrats.
A straw poll of 115 "eligible voters" residing in the British Columbia constituency of Port Moody Coquitlam. This Glen P. Robbins straw poll was conducted January 6-9, 2012 and features a margin of error of 9.1%, 19 times out of 20 @ 95% confidence.
